  • Why to Contact Mercer NYSE Retiree Benefit Center

    Mercer’s call center is available Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time and will assist retirees with the following types of questions:

    • billing, rate and payment questions, duplicate bill requests
    • plan eligibility, effective date questions
    • requests for enrollment materials, age outs and new retirees information
    • life insurance verification and confirmation, if applicable
    • beneficiary updates
    • plan disenrollment and plan changes
    • address and phone number changes
    • death notifications
    • requests for benefit summaries and/or Summary Plan Descriptions
    • general benefit information for the medical, dental, vision and life program
    • how to obtain ID cards/other benefit information from vendors
    • transfer to the pension administrator and health plan carriers
    • COBRA events
    • questions on W2 for imputed income
    • designation of an authorize representative or Power of Attorney


    Mercer will be responsible for communicating all member enrollments and eligibility to each of the carriers. If there is any question regarding the activation of your coverage with a carrier you will need to contact Mercer.

  • Easy Way to Pay Your Monthly Premiums

    Good news: You may elect an automatic premium payment option so that your premium amount will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT/ACH) on a monthly basis. This convenient payment option ensures timely receipt of your monthly premium payments. If you choose this automatic payment service, you will not need to send a monthly premium check to Mercer after this service is set-up.
